Our North Stone Subsidiary is hiring a System Administrator to support ITA’s enterprise IT infrastructure. This role involves maintaining and securing IT systems, ensuring uptime, and troubleshooting system-related issues. The candidate will manage system performance, implement best security practices, and support IT services essential to ITA’s operations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.Administer Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.Monitor system performance and address security vulnerabilities.Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for IT-related incidents.Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.Assist with patch management and compliance enforcement.Maintain system documentation and compliance with IT policies.Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Security+, or RHCSA.Experience:3+ years of experience as a system administrator in enterprise environments.Proficiency with PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting.Knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsEffective time management and multitasking abilityCustomer service and end-user support skillsClear and professional written and verbal communication
