As the Systems Administrator you will lead support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems. You will be responsible for resolving IT hardware and software infrastructure (servers, network, security, etc.) issues using systems analysis techniques and procedures. You will provide remote support to global users through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications, ensuring seamless access and functionality.

Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.Provide support to IT systems including: day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client problems.Provide second level problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remain involved in the resolution process.Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.

You’ll bring these qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT Systems, or a related discipline and 5 years + of related experienceActive Directory experience.Experience with Microsoft Windows SupportExperience supporting Active Directory based hosts.Must possess experience in one or more systems and architectures and associated hardware: mainframe, mini, or client/server based.Industry knowledge and experience, including current industry trends and challenges.Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a team player mindset.Current certification (Security+, Network+, CEH, CISSP, or equivalent)Current TS/SCI Poly

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,700 - $165,300
