Job Profile Summary
Position Summary:Analyses, designs, programs, tests and implements computer systems and programs. Maintains existing systems and collaborates with user departments to determine needs. Provides all levels of documentation and trains users in the operation of their systems. Normally acts as project leader.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assists in the development and installation of in-house developed software.
• Assists in the installation of commercially developed software and its integration into other systems.
• Assists in the evaluation of hardware and software products for possible purchase or lease by the hospital.
• Assists in the maintenance of all applications software that is the responsibility of the Information Services Department.
• Provides technical expertise to all members and potential members of the end-user community.
• Maintains a high degree of computer expertise.
• Assigns work and leads others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of previous computer experience with programming experience.
• Strong analytical, computer, and communication skills

14617The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
