Responsible for communication and routing of calls, pages, beeps and stat calls through the switchboard.

Responsibilities SafetyManages processes effectively in regard to employee/patient safety.Record KeepingMaintains all required records, reports, statistics, logs, files and other documents as required, including but not limited to payroll, schedules and status changes.Process ImprovementPromotes a culture of process improvement by establishing unit/department based programs that supports the system & process improvement goals.Actively participates on system-wide or hospital-based teams.Role Specific ResponsibilitiesAnswer, screen and relay calls.Completes and maintains daily call logs.Monitors alarm systems.Operator II-Assist with training of new staff as requested.Operator II-Responds to staff calls. Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
