Mitie are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Swim Teacher to join our team here at Hadley Learning Community. 

You will be delivering effective lessons for our students, ranging from 3 years old to 14 years old with additional opportunities to contribute to our successful adult learn to swim programme. You will also maintain a safe learning environment in line with STA and the Royal Life Saving Society UK's standards, while educating students on self-rescue skills and water safety. You will work with the Leisure Operations Manager to monitor and report individual progress, and use interactive activities to enhance students' swimming abilities to boost their confidence.

Candidates must hold a minimum STA Level 2 award in swim teaching and a RLSS Lifeguarding Qualification is desirable.

We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills, is passionate about swim education, is safety-focused, a team player and very organized.
