REQUIREMENTS FOR SWIM INSTRUCTORS As a swim instructor, you will teach students of all ages in accordance with the British Swim School aquatics program. Even if you are not an expert swimmer, that’s ok! We can train anyone on how to teach our lessons, here's what we need from you: + At least 3 days a week you can commit to the training program + Your own swimsuit + Willingness to participate in some online training + Good work ethic and comfortable with constructive critisism + Be ready to learn a new skill! It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach. We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you're not in the pool.
