Opportunity Snapshot:

Compensation: $28-30/hourLocation: Monahans, TXWork Schedule: 10/4 RotationAssignment Duration: 6 months+Benefits: Comprehensive medical and dental, 401K, holiday and PTO Responsibilities Responsible for monitoring, operation, and maintenance of water facilities and fixed infrastructures, which includes source water, SWD and recycling of produced waterCompleting all required training, sign offs and qualifications for positionOperating dedicated Human/Machine Interface control systemSeeking opportunities to optimize facility production in a safe and efficient mannerAssisting in facility start-up and shutdown operationsEnsuring roustabouts and relief personnel comply with facility procedures and policiesEnsuring work performed by third parties complies with facility procedures and policiesPreparing necessary paperwork including procedures, maintenance reports, safety reports, leak reports, equipment reports, etc. and distributes to supervisor and organizationReporting volumes and key facility operating parameters at shift change and to all related personnelPerforming routine and non-routine sampling as neededMaintaining, updating, and promoting safety procedures regarding the facility for all contract, third party, and Company personnelAdjusting chemical treatments rates within target treatment ranges Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of oil and gas experience preferably in salt water disposal operationsCurrent motor vehicle licenseProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel and OutlookMust be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task with attention to accuracyMust be team player that possess the ability to adapt to a changing and fast paced work environmentHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred
