Job Overview 

Deals with the analysis, specification, and design of software systems 

Transfer characteristics for the development and work closely with different interfaces:  development, testing, product managers, and operations personnel (CPOs, Project managers etc.) to ensure accurate development and implementation based on roadmap & customer requirements and needs. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Warranty on certain models from requirements analysis stage to detailed characterization. 

Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog items. 

Collaborate with architects, development teams and product managers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. 

Demo and present on selected functionality of the product to the different stakeholders. 

May be assigned to join customer facing tasks such as gap analysis workshops or compound sessions. 

Work with stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service/function/product provided. 

 

Skills 

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data driven approach.  

A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change. 

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.  

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties. 

The ability to prompt multiple topics within the release timeframes. 

                                                                                                                                                                              
Basic Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree or higher in industrial management (specializing in Information Systems)/ Computer Science/ Engineering or a related field. 

5 years' experience in Business / System Analyst Minimum 

Experience in writing specification documents. 

Excellent English – Spoken and Written 

 
Preferred Qualifications 

Strong technical approach-advantage 

Experience in a similar role with a global company-Advantage. 

Experience working as a Product owner in an Agile\Scrum environment–Advantage. 

Experience with Product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) –Advantage
