The Quality Assurance, Testing, and Validation team is part of the Finance Chief Operating Office (COO). This team plays a critical role within Finance and the broader firm by ensuring the organization’s adherence to regulatory standards and driving operational efficiency through first line testing and quality assurance initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape enterprise-wide strategies, collaborate with global stakeholders, and contribute to the organization’s long-term success.
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Vice President to join our Quality Assurance, Testing, and Validation (QATV) team within the Conformance Testing group. The Fin Solutions Sr. Lead Analyst will play a critical role in designing, executing, and governing financial solutions and strategies, ensuring compliance with global regulations and driving operational excellence across our enterprise. This strategic professional will be managing Quality Assurance testing for regulatory reports and will be working closely with Report Owners, other areas of Finance, Risk, and Technology to develop and execute a sustainable testing strategy.
The role requires a thorough understanding of strategic direction of a QA function within the relevant part of the 1st line of defense in the business, combined with a solid conceptual/practical grounding in both the testing function and/or area of expertise and related subject areas. Excellent communication skills required to manage interaction with partners groups. Should demonstrate the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Responsible for executing functional strategy in the responsible area and managing the testing sub-team. Accountable for end results, planning, and contribution to future strategy of the area.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead the Conformance Testing team Reporting and Adjustments Quality Assurance team to test Regulatory Reports and Schedules annually, including the development and execution of the test scripts, communication of test findings, and tracking of action plans developed to address gaps identified from the QA testing.
+ Communicate proactively the testing plan, testing progress, and exceptions with key stakeholders and senior management.
+ Work with stakeholders to ensure action plans are in place to address gaps identified in the QA process and validate the remediation when complete.
+ Responsible for ensuring adequate and effective controls are in place for the QA process.
+ Ensure proper documentation of review evidence to support the QA results.
+ Maintain proper desktop procedures for the QA process
+ Promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizations. Develop strong working relationships with Report Owners, independent review teams, internal audit teams, and other key stakeholders.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree; Advanced Degree a plus
+ 10+ years of relevant work experience in financial services preferred
+ Experience in audit, QA, compliance, or other control-related function in the financial services firm, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm, or a combination thereof; experience in area of focus
+ Experience in daily/monthly/quarterly reporting of U.S. regulatory reports (e.g., FR 2052a, FR Y9-C, FFIEC 101, FR Y-14)
+ Strong people management skills
+ Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team oriented, organized
+ Pro-active problem-solver who works well in high-pressure fast-paced environments.
+ High proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for reporting and PowerPoint for presentation development
+ Strong written/verbal communications skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging
+ Comfortable navigating complex, highly matrixed organizations
+ Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing both internally and externally

**Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**
$125,200.00 - $187,800.00
