The Opportunity:
Utilize electrical engineering knowledge on current PCB designs to replace components as required Work closely with hardware design electrical engineers to understand current and future PCB designs Be part of a team to ensure sustainability of our products as components become obsolete in the market.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate electrical PCBs for component replacement or board redesign due to component obsolescenceIdentify substitute electrical components to meet or exceed original design componentsConduct board testing to ensure replacement components perform in system same as prior deigned partsDesign board test fixtures as needed to support new component testingUtilize software systems to conduct PCB testing as neededAbility to work closely with both engineering and manufacturing teamsCreate reports to summarize test results

Qualifications:

Required: 

Minimum BSEE from accredited college or universityAbility to work independently or in a team atmosphere as neededAble to understand circuit schematics and BOM developmentAbility to follow documented processes and create ECO's as neededAble to multitask and work on multiple projects at the same time

Desired:

Previous experience in an electrical testing positionHighly organized and focused on detail

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$57,500-$117,900
