The intern will play an important role in supporting Convatec on our journey to embed responsible business practices across the company. The role will be active across Global Business Services. + 100% paid internship – 300€ + meal allowance monthly + 3 Months Internship + Hours per week – 30h/week **Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities** + Work closely with the expense team to perform a gap analysis of current reporting of business travel, including flights, business and personal vehicles, rail and hotels. + Carry out desktop research to understand emissions reporting and the concur expenses system. + Work closely with the expense team to understand the scope of data currently collected and the global EHS and indirect procurement teams to identify improvement opportunities related to capturing different types of business travel. + Develop a Scope 3 ‘audit ready’ business travel emissions reporting roadmap, ensuring accuracy, coverage, verification and efficiency of collection working closely with internal controls and the finance team. + Complete a comprehensive report clearly explaining opportunities for accurate collection of emissions for all vehicle types. + Present findings to stakeholders. **Skills and Competences** + Ability to work independently and be an excellent team player. + Ability to present and communicate clearly and concisely. + Flexible, adaptable and capable of lateral thinking. + Strong organisation and prioritisation skills with ability to multi-task. + Ability to identify, analyse and plan actions to engage with, communicate with, negotiate with and influence stakeholders + Strong user of all Microsoft applications, including Microsoft Exceldata analytical skills. + Programming experience preferred.
