Job purpose:
on time and in full (OTIF) deployment of project S&R Vital¹ in assigned OpCo's and embed related new ways of working & culture change in the OpCo . Acts as a trusted person reporting to the OpCo MT and GM and plays a challenger role to address gaps or issues with progress. The S&R Vital project is about improving the BaBW reporting data quality and implementing the new sustainability external reporting requirements (CSRD)

Roles & responsibilities
Deployment & alignment: Disciplined delivery of the S&R Vital implementation roadmap across AME OpCos in line with Sustainability & Responsibility reporting requirements:
•Monitor reporting scope and keep OpCo informed of the S&R reporting requirements. •Ensure that appropriate people are assigned to each step in the reporting process and are properly trained on KPIs and controls. •Lead OpCo operating cadence (drumbeat) and ensures S&R Vital progress and risks are discussed in MT/business meetings; •Proactively identifies risks & issues and resolve or flag to MT/GM and Regional/Global functions as required for timely de-bottlenecking;Strengthen and stabilize timely delivery of the reliable S&R reporting.
•Coordinate S&R reporting and adherence to a reporting governance and scope. •Validate if data was submitted on time and in full and follow-up on identified gaps. •Orchestrate and prioritize activities to improve reporting and controls.Culture Change: support functional engagement and change management to embed new culture and capability requirements
•Supports execution of S&R functional engagement and communication; •Connects with other OpCo S&R Reporting Implementation Managers and Regional S&R Reporting Implementation Manager to “share/learn/reapply” best practice trying to maintain and standard approach across Heineken.Coordinate effectiveness of the S&R HUB service delivery:
•Main point if contact of S&R regional Implementation Manager on S&R performance and administrative matters. •Connects with OpCos to ensure that SLA is in place and being tracked.Coordinates NPS research to measure HUB customer loyalty, prepares and implements action plan to improve service level
Experience & profile (what & how)
Education: Bachelor level as minimum, Masters is a plus
Work experience: : 2 years in project/change management, demonstrated experience in a large multinational (preferably FMCG) or consultancy firm.
Other fields of expertise: experience in Strategy/Project management/Finance, passion for sustainability
•Functional skills: experience with Microsoft Office, knowledge of project management tooling, Sustainability experience
Languages: Excellent written and verbal English; French would be a plus
