The role
As a Survival Equipment Supervisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. An exciting opportunity to join a well-established contract providing class leading support to the UK Ministry of Defence at RAF Woodvale.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll lead and supervise the provision of scheduled maintenance, repair, and fitting of RAF and company-owned survival equipment (SE).

 

The role will include, though not limited to:

 

Act as a lead on any SE investigations Assist in the ground movement of aircraft and flight line operations if needed Mentor new starters Ensure all SE is issued and fitted to meet the customers’ needs.


This role is full time, 40 hours per week and is based on site at RAF Woodvale.

 

Essential experience of the Survival Equipment Supervisor

A good level of IT proficiency is required to ensure relevant policies are utilized and for the accurate recording of maintenance activities. Previous military experience in the same role is required

 

Qualifications for the Survival Equipment Supervisor

RAF / Royal Navy Survival Equipment Course. AV-Med-SE or, Q-SE-AC (Helmet Fitting) or, Generic AEA Sizing, Fitting & Integration Course

 

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Counter Terrorist Check (CTC) security clearance for this role.
