**Role Purpose**
To provide support to the Retail/Metropolitan Investment team, which undertakes transactions and provides consultancy on investment, sometimes with an element of development situations.
**Key Responsibilities**
-Assisting other team members in investment transaction work and instructions
-Preparing cash-flows and other financial analyses
-Preparation of investment brochures, presentation documents & material
-Presentations to clients / prospective investors
-Assist in the preparation of reports and advice to clients
-Integrate with peer group in the investment agency market establishing relationships leading to sharing of information
-Demonstrate involvement in high profile instructions and take on more responsibility and day to day management throughout each instruction.
**Person Specification/Requirements**
-MRICS qualified
-Strong financial modelling skills
-Good IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
-Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
-Good interpersonal skills
-Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
-Accurate and exceptional attention to detail
-Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team
-Confident and assertive where required
-Able to be creative and innovative
-Understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion
-Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients
