We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual to join our market-leading Office Agency team at Cushman & Wakefield in Bristol. You will be joining an established team comprising a Partner and an Associate, offering advice on a diverse range of office leasing and acquisition instructions across Bristol and the South West. This role is ideal for a newly qualified surveyor or a graduate eager to develop a successful career in the office sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the team with both landlord leasing and tenant acquisition projectsTake ownership of client instructions, progressively managing more responsibility as you gain experienceCollaborate closely with the team to ensure financial success and project completionPrepare and deliver clear, professional reports and presentations to clients in a timely mannerFoster and maintain strong relationships within the local market to support business growth

While RICS qualification or progress towards the APC is preferred, we are open to candidates with relevant experience who demonstrate the right skills and ambition for the role.
