Responsibilities + Prepare right-of-way plans, boundary plats, various exhibits, topographic mapping, and digital terrain models for public projects. + Reduce survey field data, perform records research, and compile site-related information. + Work within the Public Land Survey System, title commitments, easements, Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards, and municipal submittal requirements. Essential Skills + Proficient in MicroStation and OpenRoads or InRoads. + Effective verbal and written communication skills. + Minimum of 2 years land surveying experience in an office position. + Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel. Additional Skills & Qualifications + LSIT certification preferred but not required. + Associate's degree in Land Surveying preferred but not required. + Civil 3D, AutoCAD, design, drafter, land development, residential, commercial, surveying, survey, land surveying, AutoCAD, MicroStation, drafting, civil engineering, CAD, topography, GPS, ALTA, topographic surveys, total station, ALTA surveys, survey crew. Work Environment Professional dress with more casual Fridays. Office size consists of around 80 civil engineering professionals along with some field surveyors. Culture is important to this company.
