This role involves organizing and attending board meetings, maintaining records of partner participation, and managing interlocal agreement processes. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage partnerships with various Harris County municipalities and city officials Attending/coordinating board meetings, keeping record of partners participation statuses, and processing interlocal agreements.Draft, review, and manage interlocal agreements specific to HC CAO guidelines. Maintain organized records of all contracts and manage modifications and amendments to meet regulatory changes and client specific revisionsAct as a liaison between HCPH and stakeholders to ensure they understand the contracts Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in public health, environmental sciences, microbiology, engineering, or related fieldBasic knowledge of wastewater surveillance methodology and benefit to the community. Public speaking experience required.
