We are looking for a dedicated Surgical Technologist Lead like you to be a part of our team. **Job Summary and Qualifications** We are seeking a Surgical Technician Lead to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. You will be an expert with specialized skills in at least one service line. You will demonstrate leadership qualities and display appropriate judgement and problem solving skills. Here is some of what you can expect from being a Surgical Tech Lead with us: You will be experienced in all aspects of aseptic technique, setting up the required equipment and sterile supplies as needed for their assigned cases, pulling cases as needed, and breaking down cases at the end of the procedure. + You will be knowledgeable regarding instrumentation, equipment and supply needs for all types of surgical procedures. + You will perform delegated duties consistent with your scope of practice and functions within the philosophy and overall plan of care delivery. + You may rotate to areas other than your assigned service area/s, and will perform only those duties for which you have demonstrated competency. + You will have additional responsibilities of orienting/onboarding new employees and overseeing shift operations with schedules, assignments and coordination of resources. What qualifications you will need: + Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required. + Graduation from an accredited program for Operating Room Technicians. + CV Experience required + Registration as a Surgical Tech by Colorado Division of Registration (DORA) required. + Current CST Certification from NBSTSA preferred. + One (1) year minimum experience. Advanced knowledge in the scrub role and responsibilities for multiple surgical specialties preferred.
