Surgical Technician *Full-Time, Day Shift*

Surgical Technician in the Surgery Unit of Queen of the Valley Medical Center. This is a Full-Time, Day Shift position.

Under the direct supervision of the OR RN Circulator, assists the medical and nursing staff in the care of the patient in the OR. The Surgery Technician II's primary function is the scrub person role in the Surgical Suites and other clinical areas.

Required Qualifications:

Coursework/Training: Graduate of a Surgical Technology program. National Certified Surgical Technologist - National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years Surgical Technician experience in a main Operating Room.
