Join our dynamic Surgical Services team at Baptist Health LaGrange and play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care. As a Surgical Technician, you’ll support life-saving surgeries, maintain sterile fields, and work closely with top surgeons and healthcare professionals.

What You’ll Do:Prepare surgical instruments and supplies for procedures.Ensure a sterile field and assist in surgeries/endoscopies.Communicate effectively with the surgical team and patients to ensure safe, high-quality care.What You Bring:Completion of a Surgical Tech program or 1+ year as a scrub tech.BCLS certification within 90 days of hire.Certified Endoscopy Tech within 6 months (PRN exempt).Preferred:CST (Certified Scrub Technician) and/or CSPDT (Certified Sterile Processing Tech).Why Join Us?State-of-the-art facility and cutting-edge technology.Collaborative, supportive team with opportunities for growth.Competitive pay and benefits.
