Find your purpose by joining our Integrated Pain Management clinic as a Surgery Scheduling Assistant. This position will provide you with the opportunity to develop consistency with scheduling and coordination of interventional pain management procedures. Our Pain Management physicians perform procedures at St. Cloud Hospital, CentraCare Plaza Surgery Center, and multiple outreach locations. Work closely with our providers, nurses, referral and prior authorization assistants, and schedulers at each surgical location. In this position you will work on-site. 

Responsibilities:

Provide verbal and written information to patients prior to surgery.  Review surgery schedule daily for upcoming week and notify other schedulers of their availability for adding scheduled timbe back into the clinic Provide support to clinic and provider schedules. Tracks surgical block utilization and communicate with clinic manager/director. Provide friendly customer service to all patients and customers. Maintain confidentiality in all phases of work.

Schedule:

Full Time| 72 hours every 2 weeks. 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Friday (one 1/2 day per week)

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED 1-year scheduling experience
