Full time general surgeon wanted for a busy and expanding general surgery and surgical subspecialty group – South Bay Surgeons, Inc. -Bread and Butter General and Oncologic surgery (Appys, Choles, SBO, Diverticulitis, Hernias, etc.) -No trauma -Specialist Partners available to take over / assist with subspecialty consults if needed - Specialists / Partners available as operative assists (setup for success!) - State-of-the-art hospital and medical specialties (excellent GI, IR, and ID) - Active hospitalist programs and separate ICU teams to assist with medical management. Schedule: 5 days / non-call week 350 surgeries / year 70% elective and 30% inpatient consultation All ER call is from home - no in-house, trauma, or ICU Shared evenly among all partners 1 week of ER call / 6 weeks 1 weekend of ER call / month Covering 2 local hospitals only 4 miles apart Shareholdership available after 2 years. The total pay range shown takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range includes incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. Pay Range: $331,966-$532,590 Total Cash Compensation.
