General Description:
Manages the operational planning of the delivery vehicle daily programs from NMEX Plants to the Nissan dealers.
Standardization of operations, Quality procedures, compliance with transit times and always safety.
Review, compile and send different types of reports and documents to other departments in the organization. Also, perform the role of supervisor to assure compliance and the case of anomaly make immediate correction.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of standard route sheets, analysis of alternative routes and rules of action in process deviations.Interview and hire new employees who will be under your responsibility, such as drivers, training and operation assignments.Creation of Logistics schedules.Increase route efficiency performance.Implementation of TMS System for internal Fleet.Audit and review of the integral maintenance process. Compliance and obligations.Creation and updating of regulations required by SCT, for the Vehicle Transportation.Management for the accreditation and release of transport procedures with the authorities.Education/Certifications:
Professional, graduate, engineer or related career.Previous Work Experience
Process engineering.Tracking analyst in Logistics operations.Soft skills diploma.Personal management.Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Teamwork.Negotiation.Decision-making.Pc management.
