BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking a **Supervisor of Behavioral Health Program- Licensed** to join our outstanding and compassionate team **! This role will oversee staff at St. Joseph's Hospital Behavioral Health Center (Tampa), St. Joseph's Hospital North (Lutz), and St. Anthony's (St. Anthony's).** **The Program Supervisor is responsible for:** + Overseeing the daily administration and clinical operation of all behavioral health services rendered to individuals within the assigned programs. + Possessing a clear understanding of the service delivery system in accordance with all regulations, statutory requirements and regional policies. + Demonstrating mastery and proficiency in all Quality Leadership skills. *Travel required. Functions as a Treating Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts.
