Job DescriptionThe Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing Amcor planning processes for AFNA planning. Lead defined team of Specialists within Supply Planning organization; which may include Demand Planning, Material Planning, Supply Chain Analyst and Contract Manufacturing. This position is accountable for driving continuous improvement throughout planning and delivery world class results in key metrics, including, On-Time Delivery, Fill Rates, Inventory Turns, Slow Moving & Obsolete Inventory and multiple other metrics related to inventory performance within the customer fulfillment function.
Responsible for the development of capabilities to deliver on AFNA’s commitment to “Service Excellence” and Cost Optimization. The position is responsible for developing production planning processes and the associated systems that balance demand, plant capacity, and optimally replenish inventory while ensuring service metrics are archived.
