You will plan, assign, direct, and supervise daily work to meet the customer needs. You will serve as the SWRFT-M Test Director for the WHE Certification/Load Test Program. You will serve as the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) efficiently and effectively managing the procurement of temporary personnel services and rental equipment. You will collect, analyze, and report equipment utilizations data, to include recommendations on vehicle rotation and fleet configuration. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: organizing, coordinating, and managing a fleet of vehicles or a transportation management organization. Education In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: A masters or equivalent graduate degree with a major study in accounting, business administration, business or commercial law, commerce, economics, engineering, finance, industrial management, statistics, traffic management, transportation, motor mechanics, nautical science, marine affairs, marine engineering, marine transportation, or other fields related to the position. Two full years of progressively higher graduate level education leading to a masters degree with a major study in accounting, business administration, business or commercial law, commerce, economics, engineering, finance, industrial management, statistics, traffic management, transportation, motor mechanics, nautical science, marine affairs, marine engineering, marine transportation, or other fields related to the position.
