Ensure the temple reflects the beauty, cleanliness, and sacred nature of the temple experience. Maintain standards established by the First Presidency. Train, motivate, and supervise a crew of full and/or part-time custodians or volunteers. Assist in custodial work to assure that church buildings are clean and orderly at all times. Typically responsible for up to 40,000 square feet. Typcially supervises a crew of up to 8 employees. Employees working at a temple must hold a current recommend at all times.
