Manage all aspects of the warehouse operations, including personnel, on-site and off-site warehousing and transportation in a 24-7 food manufacturing operation. Schedule: Mon-Fri to work off shift when necessary plus overtime as necessary. Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: $61,000 to $104,000 annually with additional bonus potential. **Employee Type:** Full time **Location:** NJ Fair Lawn **Job Type:** Production Operations **Job Posting Title:** Supv, Warehouse **Job Description:** **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** 1.Review and verify receipt/Inbound quantities against vendor BOLs. Ensure that Required Stakeholders are informed in case of any variances. 2. Work with warehouse coordinator & Supervisor to ensure that Loads for next day are picked and ready to be shipped. 3. Investigate, identify root causes and propose corrective actions in the case of a shipping related customer complaint or internal hold. 4. Coordinate with Planning/Purchasing, Production and Warehouse supervisors on material inbounds. 5. Contribute to identifying process improvement opportunities and assist with development of procedures 6. Work with Trainer on identifying employee training needs and facilitating trainings. 7. Participate in Periodic Inventories and Cycle Counts as scheduled or required. 8. Supervise loading and offloading of trucks for accuracy and correct labeling. 9. Ensures Forklift operators responsible for shipping have all tools necessary for success (Scanners are updated and Forklifts are operational.) 10. Coordinates with Warehouse Manager when facility repairs are needed. 11. Recommends and enforces warehouse safety requirements 12. Participates in Operators evaluations and HR related actions 13. Ensure All required paperwork are provided to/collected from Truck drivers for processing with Shipping Clerk. 14. Maintain and cultivate a good working relationship with our carriers to improve on our ratings (Customer Satisfaction) 15. Organize logistics for shuttling and shipping in collaboration with scheduler. 16.
