Support Technician, Toptracer
Job ResponsibilitiesProviding support to our valued customers through either an email service, or phone support.Providing support to our installation team as they work to complete their projects in a timely fashion.Assisting the Support Manager with internal/external communications on issues, with a clear understanding of risk and impact to customer and other stakeholders while maintaining the highest degree of professionalism and service.Traveling to sites for support visits, or training exercises.Critical Skills & Experience RequirementsHS Diploma - General Education (Preferred)2+ years of experience in a remote support technician role (Preferred)2+ years of knowledge of Golf (Preferred)2+ years of proven ability to contribute in a multi-team environment (Preferred)2+ years of basic networking knowledge (Preferred)Feel comfortable with command line applications and Linux environmentsAble to demonstrate analytical problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills, and proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customersFriendly disposition and ability to communicate with the customer and your team, support team has members all over the globe, so communication is key.
