For more detailed information, please click here (https://careers.labcorp.com/global/en/us-rewards-and-wellness) **.** **Work Schedule:** Monday – Friday 10:00am – 6:30pm; ability to cover outside the normal shift at times, and weekends as needed. **Work Location:** Tulsa, Oklahoma **Job Responsibilities:** + Assist in the supervision of the day-to-day Logistics operations of the Tulsa, Oklahoma, branch. + Help lead the team in their daily processes and procedures + Encourage logistics process improvements and best practices + Perform quality assurance checks of routes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy + Resolve any errors as requested by team leadership + Research and resolve any errors while escalating when necessary + Engage in continuous process and service level improvements + Responsible for assisting Support Services Supervisor with reinforcing and managing policies and procedures + Perform administrative duties as needed + Assist with any gaps in Logistics routes as needed **Job Requirements:** + High school diploma or equivalent + "Associate's degree or higher is a plus" + 3 years of relevant experience is preferred + Prior leadership experience is a plus + Familiarity with laboratory operations as well as policies and procedures is preferred + Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office + Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal + High level of attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills + Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make decisions in a fast paced environment + Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position **_If you're looking for a career that offers opportunities for growth, continual development, professional challenge and the chance to make a real difference, apply today!_** **Labcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:** Labcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
