Support Quality
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and industry standards Conduct, lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals to conduct audits, inspections, and assessments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality enhancement initiatives Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics to monitor and measure the effectiveness of support services Investigate and resolve quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints in a timely and effective manner Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on quality-related matters and best practices Conduct regular reviews and assessments of quality management systems to ensure alignment with organizational objectives Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and best practices to proactively adapt and enhance quality processes Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on quality performance and improvement initiatives for senior management including QMRM Champion a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement within the organization Conduct training program on need basis.

Education Qualification

Bachelor's of engineering in electronics, civil, mechanical etc. or degree in aviation management, quality assurance, mathematics, statistics or a related field Master's degree in mathematics, science, statistics or relevant certification in quality management is preferred

Experience

10-15 years of experience in the aviation industry Demonstrated track record in quality management and process improvement Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
