Responsibilities Safety –Performs all tasks in a safe manner, wearing required PPE and following all safety regulations. BBS ParticipationCreate and maintain a team effort attitude and team approachMeet productivity standardsComplete required documentationTroubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machineMake adjustments to machinery as neededSuggest improvements to processes or proceduresCoordinate with lab personnel, Team Leader and Sr. Team Leader for issues and improvements Perform 6S and other housekeeping duties required for clean and safe work environmentObtain and maintain Operator Certification Train others as neededAdditional duties as assigned QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.
Internal support certification
At least 2 years manufacturing experience.
