Support Manager – Cyber Security

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Support Manager to work closely with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and provide executive support in managing key operational and strategic security support functions. 

 

Your primary focus will be on defining metrics, coordinating MI and reporting, facilitating security meeting, and resource management as well as capacity planning.  

 

You will play a crucial role in streamlining reporting processes, ensuring timely and efficient meeting management, and facilitating effective communication between the CISO and various stakeholders.  

 

You will have experience in regulated financial services across different regions and jurisdictions. You will have previous experience of complex, rapidly changing environments. You will be able to rapidly identify areas of improvement and make changes for the good of the security function

Responsibilities :

Reporting & Documentation: 

Prepare, security reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior leadership and stakeholders Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of security metrics (KPI, KRM, MI), risk assessments, and compliance updates Work closely with security leaders to ensure timely input to reporting and metrics Assist in compiling data and insights for board presentations and regulatory compliance reports Maintain schedule for timely delivery of CISO dashboard and respective security reports in alignment with Board/Committees schedules 

Meeting Management: 

Prepare content for security meetings including Team Townhalls, regular Security Leadership Team (LT) meetings, Cyber Resilience and Security Governance Council, and other security governance bodies Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate meetings, ensuring alignment with CISO’s strategic priorities Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and action item trackers for Security Leadership meetings, security councils, committees, audit points, client and regulatory discussions Document meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding tasks 

Strategic Coordination & Communication: 

Act as a liaison between the CISO and internal/external stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication Support in coordinating cybersecurity initiatives across business units and tracking their progress Assist CISO and Security Awareness Lead in the preparation of cybersecurity awareness and training materials Support the CISO in managing executive-level correspondence and presentations Provide support in resource management, planning and capacity management, and budget management to ensure the efficient allocation of security resources 

 

Experience required:

Experience in executive support, project management, cybersecurity, or a related role with strong preference for expierience in cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) reporting Track records in defining and maintaing security metrics including KPIs, KRIs   Exceptional organizational and communication skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Ability to prioritize, multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization Understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements impacting security Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls) Understanding of cyber operations, threat landscape and security technologies  Excellent spoken and written English
