As an Indirect Sales support employee, you'll be part of our indirect sales team of partner managers, providing essential support that enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes. In this role, you support our partner managers and partners directly by providing information, quotations to customers of partners, follow-up on action points, by organizing events and creating marketing material. What do we sell? A software package that helps large companies involved in hazardous operations make their processes safer.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
You assist in documenting and maintaining sales processes and procedures.
You enter data in e.g. Salesforce. You make sure that the data in the different systems is correct.
You provide administrative support for the 4 partner managers.
You help coordinate small-scale sales projects and events.
You assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials.
You support the sales team with basic inquiries and information requests.
You participate in introductory training sessions on sales tools and systems.
Together with the event team, you support in scheduling and organizing sales meetings and events.
What makes this role fun?
No day is the same. One day, you are busy organizing an event for our Dutch partners, the other day you take part in a call with partners in Asia or the US. The vast variety of tasks and contact persons never leaves you bored. Together with a close-knit team, you help achieve results and make our partners and their customers happy.
About You
You hold a Bachelor degree (Dutch HBO degree or equivalent).
You have 1 to 2 years of working experience; ideally in a sales or account management related role.
You are accurate and you have excellent attention to detail.
You communicate pro-actively and clear and in a timely manner.
Strong English language skills and at least 1 additional language on near-native or native level.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
The team
You will be part of a team of 4 partner managers working closely together with international partners all over the world. Twice a week, you work together at our office in Alphen aan den Rijn. Next to that, you cooperate regularly with our Events team.
