About the Role

As a Business Central Support Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance. Your expertise will be instrumental in troubleshooting and resolving issues while ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role involves working closely with developers and escalating complex cases as needed. Key Responsibilities

* Diagnose, analyse, and resolve Business Central-related issues within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Conduct basic data reconciliation between entry tables or between entry tables and reports.
* Collaborate with Support Developers to provide detailed and accurate data when required.
* Document and prioritise cases for escalation to third-line support.
* Troubleshoot and debug complex error messages.
* Deliver effective and clear communication to customers throughout the support process.

What We're Looking For

* Experience: At least 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, either as a consultant or within a support team.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to explain technical solutions clearly.
* Problem-Solving: A knack for prioritizing and managing multiple cases efficiently.
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with third-party applications like Jet Reports, Continia, or Tasklet is a plus.
* Expertise in Business Central: Strong all-round knowledge, with a preference for a solid understanding of the finance module.
* Background: Ideally, experience working for a Microsoft partner; however, extensive end-user experience is also welcome.
