SUPPLY TECHNICIAN
Summary You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN in the COMMANDER, STRIKE FIGHTER WING, PACIFIC, AVIATION SUPPLY DEPARTMENT of STRIKE FIGHTER WING PACIFIC STAFF. Responsibilities You will provide direction, planning, technical, and administrative functions for the operation relating to Retrograde management. You will maintain control and custody of critical Aviation Depot Level Repairable (AVDLR) and Field Level Repairable (FLR) which directly supports on and off station aircraft readiness. You will ensure that the functional goals and objectives of the Component Control Division, Retrograde Management Section (RMS), are achieved in the most efficient manner. You will exercise Retrograde Management of AVDLR and FLR items within the Fleet Readiness Center (FRC), Commander Strike Fighter Wing Pacific Fleet (CSFWP), and material coming through the Repair and Return system from other activities. You will review method changes, policies, and procedures as they are incorporated and provide status reports and reconciliations in terms of customer requirements. You will resolve problems and provide expert advice when dealing with repairable components. You will update and maintain Enterprise Resource Program (ERP) and Naval Aviation Logistics Command Information System (NALCOMIS) files, monitor output, and reconcile discrepancies. You will coordinate and prepare management statistical reports to provide information to Type Commands (TYCOMS) and Weapons System Support Philadelphia (WSSP) regarding the process of reports for reconciliations and accountability of assets. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: utilizing automated systems or databases to perform clerical or administrative duties in support of the operations of a logistics or supply program.
