Summary You will serve as a Supply Systems Analyst in the Department Support Division within the Submarine and Maritime Industrial Operations Department of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. #LI-NAVSUPWSS Responsibilities You will provide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Supply Operations analysis support and assist in directing and coordinating the efforts to implement a Navy ERP Single Supply Solution. You will analyze, extract, summarize, and identify significant business or operational trends and issues. You will provide end user support, sustainment and execution support, mitigation strategies, production support, and system monitoring to include gap analysis. You will analyze systems requirements in Navy ERP to evaluate supply operations requirements, risks, and costs. You will research, learn, and apply a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods to identify, assess, analyze, and improve effectiveness, efficiency, and work products. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying in-depth knowledge of inventory, logistics, and supply chain management and knowledge of a broad range of related supply program policies, business process analysis methodologies, concepts, practices, and principles to execute program requirements. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Utilizing Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) functions, such as: Supply Master Data, Supply Planning, Demand Forecasting, Order Fulfillment, Repairable and Consumables Management, and Inventory Management; 2) Applying functional knowledge in Financial and Logistics Integrated Requirements Report (FLIRR), Disposal, Terminations, Sales and Operations Planning, and Budget Execution processes; 3) Acting as a liaison and troubleshooter for Navy ERP sustainment and training; and 4) Communicating to high-level management within NAVSUP WSS, NAVSUP Headquarters, and other external Navy supply system stakeholders while demonstrating the ability to provide consultation to all levels of the workforce.
