In our Planning Early Year Talent Program you will gain valuable experience working in our EMEA Planning Center of Excellence based in Barcelona. You will learn and understand our business, our people and purpose: what we do & why it matters.You will support both the demand planning and supply planning areas of the different Manufacturing plants in Europe.The role will involve being exposed internally with the main stakeholders of planning and manufacturing plants in Europe.Our Early Year Talent Program is an opportunity for you to apply and develop your skills and competencies in a challenging and international environment.The ideal candidate will have skills and experience to include:
Student or recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree/master’s in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial), Supply Chain or related studies.Strong analytical and influencing skills.Ability to work in complex and international environments.Passion for results.Team spirit and great collaboration skills.Ambition to develop supply chain and planning capabilities.Fluency in written and spoken English.Additional qualifications:
