General Summary:

The Supply Planner is responsible for monitoring the current and projected supply position over a 1-2 month horizon for all finished goods products and locations within the Brands that they manage.  Their goal is to meet our customer service/case fill rate targets while avoiding waste or aging/excess inventory.  They work with Demand Planning, Capacity Planning, Scheduling, and Deployment to find opportunities to improve both planning and execution.  Additionally, this role will be responsible for building constrained production plans for any Contract Manufacturing sites that produce products within the Brands they manage.  They leverage exception-based reporting to find supply risks and ensure proactive communication both within planning and with external business partners.  Also, the Supply Planner serves as the Planning Lead for Commercialization Projects working cross functionally with Commercialization Leads, Marketing, Sales, Warehousing, Transportation, and Customer Supply Chain.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring the supply plan (inventory, distribution, and production) meets product demand and inventory targets for assigned brands for all channels of distribution.Proactively monitor network supply for assigned brands to identify and resolve projected supply risks.Complete analysis to determine root cause for any issues.Identify issues that require cross-functional resolution and work together with appropriate business partners to identify and implement solutions.Monitor and manage projected product obsolescence.Responsible for long term production planning for contract manufactures in collaboration with Contract Manufacturing Partners both internal/external.Planning point of contact for any brand specific questions and requests for information from cross functional partners. Participate and provide input to the monthly supply review meetings with cross functional partners.Conduct what if analysis and scenario plans to ensure supply of new product launches.Track Case Fill Rate, Inventory Days of Coverage, and Waste for assigned brands.Planning Lead for new item commercialization, product transitions, and product discontinuance.Analyze plan inputs and outputs to identify network continuous improvement opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:
•    Bachelor's Degree
•    Minimum 1+ years' experience in supply chain
•    Microsoft Office experience, including Advanced Excel skills.
 

Preferred Requirements:

•    Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Business or Supply Chain

•   2+ years' experience in supply chain

•    CPG industry experience preferred.
•    SAP experience preferred.
•    Strong analytical skills.
•    Strong attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$61,800-$97,800

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
