Supply Planner

Make It With Pride.** We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Planner to join our supply chain team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal inventory levels across our network by accurately forecasting demand, managing supply plans, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support service level goals and cost efficiency. This role plays a key part in driving operational performance and customer satisfaction. **How you will contribute** You will: + Develop and maintain short- and long-term supply plans based on forecasted demand and inventory targets. + Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and demand planning teams to ensure supply continuity. + Monitor inventory levels, identify risks of shortages or overstock, and adjust plans accordingly. + Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. + Manage planning parameters in ERP systems (lead times, safety stock, reorder points, etc.) + Coordinate with suppliers and/or manufacturing sites to align supply availability with business needs. + Participate in the S&OE process. + Prepare reports and KPIs for supply performance and planning accuracy. + Support new product launches and phase-outs through proper supply planning. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in: + Strong understanding of supply chain processes and planning principles. + Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and planning tools (APO, Kinaxis, Anaplan, etc.) + Advanced Excel skills; experience with data analysis and reporting. + Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. + Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a fast-paced environment. **More about this role** **Education / Certifications:** Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations, or related field **Job specific requirements:** 2–5 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or inventory management **Work schedule:** From Monday to Friday. Hybrid model role. **Salary and Benefits:** The base salary range for this position is $83,800 - $115,225, the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
