Supply Operations Manager (EAGLE 2025-22681):
Bowhead seeks a Supply Operations Manager to support its recently awarded Eagle contract in Aberdeen, MD. The Supply Operations Manager shall oversee a supplemental labor force providing support to Installation Supply Division (ISD) operations, including the Accountable Property Office, Ammunition Supply Point, and Supply Support Activity, with responsibility for all personnel providing services at these areas at the Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) Army Installation. The Supply Operations Manager will analyze, develop, evaluate, and promote improvements in supply programs using best industry practices. The Supply Operations Manager is responsible for all supply and service operations under this effort and must have a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, and procedures pertaining to the installation’s supply, services, and equipment management processes, and is required to ensure effective accountability of all assigned property.
ResponsibilitiesEssential functions will include:
Provides oversight and guidance for all ISD operations for the Accountable Property Office, Ammunition Supply Point, and Supply Support Activity for approximately thirty (30) subordinate personnel.Plans and directs personnel and required resources for day-to-day mission support.Directs the completion of operational tracking reports in all areas supported.Provides input to the Project Manager on Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) reports covering the operational areas managed to include developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs).Provides oversight to the Accountable Property Office that provides Base Level I Logistical Property Book Accountability to supported organizations and activities.Provides oversight to the Ammunition Supply Point for surveillance of the ammunition stockpile and operation of the supply point.Provides oversight to the Supply Support Activity that provides material and support (stock control, central receiving, and turn-in) over the essential ranges of Supply Classes I, II, III, IV, V, VII, and IX to support the missions of its customers.Participates in meetings and activities established by the Government.

QualificationsAn Associate's degree is required at a minimum; however, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, in addition to at least ten (10+) years of documented supervisory experience and a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions in supply management. Must possess operational skills and knowledge of the automated supply systems utilized. Must possess the knowledge, experience, and understanding of US Army logistics. Must have prior experience with financial management and knowledge of Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS) to include Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A), and Unit Status Report (USR). Strong organizational skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts using excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Target salary is $85k commensurate with experience.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.Sit for long periods of time operating computer keyboard.Repeat the same movements.Subjected to both inside and outside environmental conditions (e.g., warehouse operations, ammunition bunkers).
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Public Trust level. Due to the location of this work, U.S. citizenship is required. Bowhead reserves the right to change this requirement if necessitated by business needs or contractual obligations.
