Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Understanding business requirements, market dynamics and trends, supply base and supply base capabilities.Performs continuity of supply risk assessment and develops/implements mitigation strategiesAssess, monitor, lead, and scale supplier capacity appropriately to achieve multi-year forecast and planOwn, improve, and support the evolution of component End-of-Life part management to ensure zero disruptions to manufacturing and spares supportCollaborate with manufacturing and design engineering to ensure KLA and/or supplier initiated supply chain moves are successfulEnsure key product transitions with impact on supply base are completed while minimizing risk, optimizing inventory, and achieving schedule requirementsParticipate and/or lead supplier scorecard activities to monitor supplier performance and continually drive improvements based on gap analysis against business requirementsBuild effective working relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization through demonstrated strong support, providing guidance, & honest forthright and consistent communicationDevelop and champion supplier relationships and lead complex problem solving initiatives and negotiationsCollaborates with production planning, supply chain, and master scheduling teams to propose supply chain solutions and strategic or tactical plans, drawing on business data, commodity insights, and product expertiseDrives corporate and divisional initiatives to achieve performance targetsLeads supply chain initiatives on lead time reduction, cost reduction, value engineering, quality, reliability, and OTD for assigned suppliers and/or commoditiesImplement, lead and coordinate supplier contracts, SOWs, SLAs, NDAs and any other required supplier agreementsCrafts, implements and/or drives industry and company supply chain standard methodologiesEnsure adherence to company supply chain management standard processes, policies, procedures and external compliance requirementsProvide sophisticated problem resolution and cross functional support for supplier partner concerns and supply disruptions, by expediting supply recovery. This includes creating executive summaries and presentations to senior managementPartner with manufacturing to perform capacity analysis to support what-if scenarios, forecast changes, planning for production growth, and growth in spares business to support worldwide install base of toolsLead supply chain management initiatives on lead time reduction, cost reduction, value engineering, quality, reliability, and OTD

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Level Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field is required or equivalent experienceThree (3) years of SAP experienceSeven (7) years of confirmed experience in high tech industry/environment (semiconductor experience is helpful)Ability to support, participate, and simultaneously drive multiple tasks and projects successfullyDemonstrated ability to operate effectively across all organizational levels internally and externallyStrong proficiency in organizational and time-management skillsAPICS certification a plusPassion for continuous process and results improvementsBe ready to excel in an exciting and fast paced environmentExcellent communication/presentation, organizational, analytical, leadership, and social skillsIdeal candidate is creative, innovative, and inventive, with a passion for speed, agility, simplification and proactive action
