Supply Chain Planning Associate Manager - Sales & Operations Execution

The S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) Associate Manager is responsible for managing the S&OE process for US domestic geographic area both of Integra's divisions (Codman Specialty Surgical & Tissue Technologies). The role focuses on collaborating across the ecosystem (internal and external business partners such as network partners) to deal with exceptions and rebalance demand and supply plans with minimal disruptions. This role purpose is also to focus on reprioritizing exceptions to plan, rebalancing value chain plans and monitoring forecast consumption and supply schedule attainment across execution horizon (typically 0 – 12 weeks). This position primary coordinates with sites related supply planners and market related Demand planners to develop Inventory strategies and tactics and inventory replenishment plans. He also communicates inventory situations with Domestic Customer service, marketing & commercial functions and is the single POC within supply planning for these functions. As such he/she would represent S&OE team in all weekly meetings with US business leaders. This position is responsible for organizing reporting US stock out clearance forecast, quarter end clearance and any other reports required by US business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides customer service and Business with reporting on product availability.

Handle supply review meetings with Marketing and Sales.

Provide commercial with expecting back-order landing at quarter end.

Ask if needed necessary transactions to move inventory between Distribution Centers.

Provides support to the network supply planning processes across business divisions

Controls, plans, directs and manages the supply chain aspects to ensure customer demand fulfillment is balanced with service, delivery, and stock performance.

Provides KPI reporting on supply, inventory and new product introductions

Assists with development of requirements, test scripts, and implementation of upgrades to Oracle and with any new supply planning software and process improvements.

Optimize the overall cost of ownership of materials and services in his/her scope of responsibility.

Provide analysis on Excess inventories and coordinate actions to decrease destruction risk.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Back up of CALA S&OE planner.

QUALIFICATIONS /EXPERIENCE / INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field - advanced degree a plus

APICS certification a plus

Experience and Skill Sets

Strong written and verbal communicator.  Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. 

Proven track record in continuous improvement. 

Minimum of 8 years' experience, 5+ in progressive positions in supply planning or supply chain experience

Experience with ERP systems and planning software - Oracle a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient to advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Microsoft Access skills a plus

Ability to travel up to 10%

This position is onsite.
