Supply Chain Planner

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Supply Chain Planner to join our team in the medical device manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a experience in supply chain planning, with 3-5 years of experience and a degree in a related field. Experience in the medical device industry is highly preferred, though candidates with a back-ground in aerospace or general manufacturing are also encouraged to apply.
Location & Schedule:
+ Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break (flexibility for earlier start times based on production needs).
+ Work Environment: Shared office space in a fast-paced and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Create and manage customer orders to ensure on-time delivery and production.
+ Collaborate closely with production, warehouse, and purchasing teams to maintain inventory and meet scheduling commitments.
+ Communicate with customers regarding order status, potential delays, and other production-related matters.
+ Support the manufacturing team by reviewing work orders, production schedules, and inventory levels.
+ Perform rough cut capacity analysis to assist with production planning and labor allocation.
+ Ensure an adequate supply of materials to support production and on-time deliveries.
Qualifications:
+ Experience: 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, purchasing, or scheduling within a manufacturing environment (medical device industry preferred).
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
+ ERP Knowledge: Experience with ERP systems (Decom ERP or similar).
+ Skills: Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
+ Personality: Ideal candidates are adaptable and flexible, with a collaborative and proactive mindset. Ability to work effectively in a shared office space and navigate a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00/hr.
