Descripción del empleoWe are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Lead to oversee and optimize our supply chain processes from Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) through Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to purchasing. This role is critical in ensuring seamless transitions of demand into actionable supply strategies, while maintaining inventory health and optimizing material flow.
Your Mission:
Demand Planning & MRP Transformation:
Lead the S&OP demand planning process at the site, translating forecasted demand into MRP outputs.
Coordinate with buyers to ensure timely procurement aligned with MRP schedules.
BOM Management:
Translate finished goods S&OP into the system through Bill of Materials (BOM) explosion.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of BOM in Oracle Fusion for production planning.
Project Leadership:
Lead projects related to the transition of new developments, including planning for material depletion and readiness for new materials.
Drive initiatives to reduce and avoid excess inventory and obsolescence.
Inventory Management:
Accountable for overall inventory management, conducting weekly inventory health checks with buyers.
Monitor inventory levels against forecasts, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Process Improvement:
Define and implement safety stock policies for Make to Stock (MTS) and Make to Order (MTO) processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve supply chain processes and system functionality.
Oracle Fusion System Maintenance:
Oversee maintenance of Oracle Fusion modules related to production planning, scheduling, and material planning.
Ensure master data integrity within the system, driving accuracy in inventory and planning processes.
Requisitos
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, including demand planning and inventory management.
Proficiency in Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on inventory analysis and forecasting.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across departments.
Project management experience is highly desirable.
