As a Supply Chain Co-Op at Collins Aerospace, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supplier performance, optimize delivery schedules, and improve overall customer satisfaction. This is an opportunity to develop critical supply chain skills while contributing to the aftermarket repair and overhaul of aerospace components. **Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session, that will run June-December (including the Fall semester; it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).**
**What You Will Do**
+ Develop and support recovery plans for suppliers not meeting on-time delivery and operational performance goals.
+ Serve as a liaison between suppliers and Customer Account Managers to resolve service-related issues.
+ Compile and analyze supplier performance data to create and publish monthly supplier scorecards.
+ Ensure supplier adherence to the Aftermarket Product Support Agreement (PSA).
**What You Will Learn**
+ Gain hands-on experience in supplier performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Develop a strong understanding of aftermarket supply chain operations in the aerospace industry.
+ Learn to analyze supplier data and generate reports to drive informed decision-making.
+ Build communication and collaboration skills while engaging with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
+ Gain exposure to ERP systems (SAP), Lean Six Sigma principles, and strategic sourcing practices.
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Previous experience or coursework in supply chain, operations, or customer service.
+ Knowledge of the aftermarket and aerospace industry.
+ Experience working with ERP systems (SAP).
+ Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
