**About the role:**
We are seeking a talent-focused and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Supply Chain organization, including Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and Logistics. This role will be instrumental in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across the organization while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The HRBP will work closely with global teams, driving talent strategies that foster leadership development, career growth, and workforce engagement. This position will play a critical role in shaping a high-performance culture, challenging the status quo, and ensuring the organization has the right capabilities to succeed in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
**Key Responsibilities** **:**
**Business Partnership & Workforce Strategy:**
+ Act as a trusted advisor to leaders in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Logistics, providing HR expertise and aligning people’s strategies with business goals.
+ Develop and execute HR strategies that drive workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness in a global environment.
+ Partner with leadership to enhance employee engagement, retention, and team performance.
+ Lead organizational design efforts, ensuring structures, roles, and workforce planning are optimized to support business growth, agility, and long-term strategic goals.
**Talent Management & Organizational Development** **:**
+ Develop and implement talent acquisition, onboarding, and career development strategies to build a strong, diverse pipeline of talent.
+ Drive performance management initiatives, coaching leaders and employees to maximize individual and team potential.
+ Champion and integrate _Leading the Career Way_ into the leadership development philosophy, equipping leaders with the tools and mindset to support career growth and internal mobility.
+ Lead workforce and succession planning efforts, ensuring a strong pipeline for key roles and future leadership needs.
**Engagement & Culture** **:**
+ Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, ensuring alignment with business goals and company culture.
+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement, employee involvement, and inclusion.
+ Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure best practices are shared and implemented across regions.
**Positive Employee Relation & Continuous Improvement:**
+ Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement policies, benefits, compensation programs, and labor relations strategies
+ Provide guidance on employee relations, labor law compliance, and conflict resolution
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and labor regulations across different regions.
+ Drive process improvements related to HR systems, reporting, and analytics to enhance decision-making.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 10+ years of HR experience, with exposure to fast-paced manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Master’s Degree
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
+ Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and workforce strategy for both salaried and hourly populations.
+ Experience working with cross-functional, global teams and navigating complex organizational structures.
+ Ability to challenge and influence leaders while building strong relationships.
+ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
+ Experience in change management and driving cultural transformation.
