Responsible for all KT Pacer supply chain, purchasing, and material handling activities including achievement of planned financial, quality, and growth objectives. Work collaboratively with KT Pacer’s other members of the core leadership team to achieve targeted price/value, delivery, safety, quality, and inventory expectations with a customer centric focus. Oversees and manages supply chain operations in a multi-site, multi-shift environment. Serve as a key member of the KT Pacer Leadership team. The Supply Chain Director will provide overall strategic leadership and direction to the Business unit Procurement and Supply Chain network, lead the group in implementing sourcing best practices, lead teams in key supplier negotiations and effectively communicate market risks and trends, as well as determine sourcing for the company’s purchased components and materials on an annual and monthly basis.
