Supply Chain Digital Product Manager

Experience what’s next at Avnet! **Job Summary:** The creation of new digital supply chain products along with the responsibility for building the strategy and roadmap while also managing operations and performance of new digital supply chain products. **Principal Responsibilities:** + Lead the process of designing and delivering a strategy and customer experience + Conduct market research including meeting with internal stakeholders and contributors, external customers and suppliers, along with potential 3rd party partners + Prepare and present a product vision and proposal to the leadership team and wider organization that outlines how this new product will promote business growth, profitability, and overall customer satisfaction + Ultimately responsible for operations, marketing, promotions and training + product impact, adoption, revenue, and utilization + Create a product launch and rollout strategy + Responsible for ongoing product development roadmap and maintenance activities + Recruit and develop strategic partners. + Establishing KPIs for tracking. **Job Level Specifications:** + **Supply Chain experience required** + **Technology product management experience required (ideally looking for an individual who has owned the lifecycle from start to finish/delivery)** + **SaaS experience preferred** + Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Must be able to communicate with senior leaders, as well as cross-functionally globally + Strong problem-solving skills required + May contribute to the development of policies and procedures + Assignments are defined in the form of long-term objectives. Decisions are guided by resource availability, functional objectives, and independent judgment. + Interacts frequently with internal and external management and senior-level customer representatives. Leads meetings and briefings for internal and external representatives. Must often coordinate efforts between functional areas or members of an extended project team. + Self-starter and open to change **Work Experience:** + Typically 8+ years with bachelor's or equivalent. **Education and Certification(s):** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained. \#LI-HYBRID **What We Offer:** Our employees work hard to live our values and help us grow.
