Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to support and improve site’s supply chain, planning, and purchasing functions. Supply chain analysts are responsible for analysing and optimizing a company’s supply chain operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure that products are delivered on time. They identify and measure inefficiencies and costs, determine how to streamline the supply chain and create strategies for improvement. They also monitor production, inventory levels, and shipping times to meet anticipated customer demand.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.Duties include weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory cycle counts and reconciliationSupports inventory management initiatives in a proactive manner. Develops inventory strategies by product line/customer.Preparation of Customer shipments and all logistical related requirementsDrives efficiency and effectiveness in the supply chain through ensuring data integrity and optimization of system parameters per the inventory strategiesBuilding Supplier relationships and cost saving initiativesPlacing Purchase Orders and completing monthly supplier KPIsIdentifies and suggests opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Responsible for supporting the execution of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning. May prepare and monitor data preparation necessary to carry out the process.May be responsible for the production planning of one or more production lines to include duties such as build plan generation, work order generation, providing product availability to customers, identifying issues affecting production’s ability to build.Executes special projects as assigned.Performs other duties as required.

Education & Experience:

2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics environment and supply chain preferred or equivalent.Strong understanding of inventory management principles and supply chain processes. Proven ability work on own initiative with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Excellent organisational and time management skills
